
Chef Stephen Browning will serve lunch 11:30-3PM Friday, July 4th and a BBQ grill out on the patio at 3PM with shish kebabs, hot dogs, sausage and peppers, watermelon, and deviled eggs, with chips and potato salad. A limited dinner menu in the restaurant will feature black bean burgers, pulled pork, fried green tomato sandwiches, hamburgers, and fried chicken, all served with corn on cob and potato salad. All ingredients are sourced free range, organic, and grass fed.

The next installment of Flatbush Farm\'s monthly BBQs will be held Saturday, June 21st, Mermaid Parade Day (last year\'s most raucous patio party!), 4PM to 7PM, featuring hot dogs, lobster rolls, vegetable shishkebabs, gazpacho, grilled shrimp skewers, baby octopus, calamari, and seaweed salad!

With Cinco De Mayo around the corner Flatbush Farm rolls out a Mexican BBQ with a Traveling Mariachi Band. On Sunday afternoon, May 4th, 3PM - 6PM, Chef Stephen Browning grills up carne asada skewers, posole (hominy stew), chicken tacos & beef tongue tacos, and hutlacoche tamales. The outdoor patio will be graced by a wonderful Mariachi band, Los Cocinaros.
