Chef Browning serves lunch 11:30 to 3PM, Monday thru Friday, featuring white cheddar grilled cheese w/ tomato soup, pork goulash pappardelle w/ smoked paprika cream, sweet pepper frittata, house-cured bresaola, and a caesar salad w/ smoked tempeh or grilled chicken. Lunch break, strolling with the baby, business meeting, or just an afternoon spent dining on exceptional fare made from local produce, an elegant and affordable afternoon of dining awaits.

Flatbush Farm & Fleishers Grass-fed and Organic Meats from Hudson Valley host a five-course nose-to-tail dinner featuring Fleishers beef and pork paired with beer from local Brooklyn breweries. CALLING ALL RADICALS
A book reading by author and organizer Gabriel Thompson. Can organizing truly help fellow Americans? A discussion of how organizing can save democracy. Hear insight about the successes of decades old CBO, Pratt Area Community Council. Howard Zinn has said that Calling All Radicals is a marvelous book, which is both instructive and inspiring. If taken to heart by the coming generation, it could have a profound effect on the history of this country. Light refreshments will be served. Summer is a great time at Flatbush Farm: our 1500 sq ft. outdoor patio, pear martinis, and Chef Stephen Browning’s new summer menu. Wonderful seasonal appetizers include a wax bean salad with wild sorrel and a braised tuna belly nicoise. Dinner entrees feature a rabbit pappardelle with sun-dried tomato and the chef’s signature warm vegetable crepe with smoked goat cheese.
In celebration of the autumn harvest Chef Browning presents the first Farm BBQ grill of the fall. Menu items include: Squash Soup, Smoked Brisket with braised red cabbage, Hot Apple Cider, Roasted Squash with maple butter, Posole (hominy stew), and Poached Pear with mascarpone cream. The next installment of Flatbush Farm\'s monthly BBQs will be held Saturday, June 21st, Mermaid Parade Day (last year\'s most raucous patio party!), 4PM to 7PM, featuring hot dogs, lobster rolls, vegetable shishkebabs, gazpacho, grilled shrimp skewers, baby octopus, calamari, and seaweed salad!

With Cinco De Mayo around the corner Flatbush Farm rolls out a Mexican BBQ with a Traveling Mariachi Band. On Sunday afternoon, May 4th, 3PM - 6PM, Chef Stephen Browning grills up carne asada skewers, posole (hominy stew), chicken tacos & beef tongue tacos, and hutlacoche tamales. The outdoor patio will be graced by a wonderful Mariachi band, Los Cocinaros.
